The Russian-language operations team expanded to twelve this month. Four staff are based in Moscow, two in Yekaterinburg handling clearance coordination, and the remainder at Harbin headquarters working with domestic clients.
The growth follows an increase in overseas communication. As volume into Russia and Central Asia rose, enquiries, inspection support, and delivery coordination grew accordingly, and the previous arrangement risked information delays.
With the added roles, overseas operations information goes directly between our Russian-speaking team and local brokers and delivery partners without a translation step, which is faster and reduces distortion.
Clients who want to speak with the overseas team directly can arrange a three-way call through their coordinator. Routine status enquiries continue as before, using the waybill number.
