Three corridors move the cargo; warehousing and brokerage keep the process from going wrong. Transit times below are standard figures, confirmed at signing for each contract.
Air Freight
Departures from Harbin, Beijing, and Zhengzhou with connections through Moscow, Yekaterinburg, and Novosibirsk, covering Russia and key Central Asian cities.
Air freight serves time-critical and higher-value cargo. We hold standing space agreements with three ground handlers and two carriers, so peak-season capacity does not depend on spot-market luck.
Declaration documents and commodity coding are reviewed before departure, which keeps shipments from stalling at the border over classification errors. On arrival in Moscow, our own clearance team takes over and releases cargo for sorting the same day.

Road Freight
Two border crossings at Manzhouli and Khorgos, running both TIR and standard cross-border trucking, door to door across Russia and Central Asia.
Road freight suits mid-volume cargo where cost matters more than speed. Full and partial loads are both available; partial loads depart on a fixed weekly schedule, and full loads are dispatched around your production plan.
We station our own operations staff at Manzhouli, so transit documentation and transshipment are completed the day a truck arrives. When winter road conditions require rerouting, we adjust lead times in advance rather than quietly missing a commitment.

Rail Freight
Block-train capacity originating from Harbin, Chengdu, and Xi’an. Full container and LCL both accepted, with fixed schedules and predictable cost.
Rail is the workhorse for volume cargo. FCL runs directly on block-train slots, and LCL consolidates on one fixed weekly departure, which lets you plan production backwards from the schedule.
Trains cross at Alashankou or Erenhot, where transshipment is handled by partner terminals under one operating procedure. Container-level tracking is available on both the Chinese and destination legs.

Warehousing
An 8,000 sqm bonded warehouse in Harbin and a 3,000 sqm overseas warehouse in Moscow, handling consolidation, sorting, labelling, transshipment, and storage.
The Harbin facility sits inside the comprehensive bonded zone and holds bonded storage status, so cargo can be consolidated and released in batches instead of being held back to fill a container.
The Moscow warehouse handles arrival sorting and short-term storage, with labelling, container devanning, and local delivery coordination. Both sites run on one inventory ledger, so stock counts can be reconciled at any time.

Customs Brokerage
Two-way China–Russia brokerage covering general trade, cross-border e-commerce codes, and DDP-style dual clearance. Non-compliant documents do not ship.
Our brokerage work comes down to one habit: stop bad paperwork before departure. Commodity classification, declaration elements, and licence requirements are checked shipment by shipment at the booking stage.
On the Russian side, licensed partner brokers operate in Moscow and Yekaterinburg and push clearance progress updates hourly. If an inspection is called, our staff at the border attend in person instead of leaving you to wait across time zones.

Service commitments
Transit time in writing
The committed window goes into the contract before dispatch. If we miss it, compensation is paid pro rata under terms stated up front.
Visible milestones
Every handover from pickup to delivery is recorded. Tracking a waybill returns the actual status, not a reassuring placeholder.
Own staff at the border
We station people in Manzhouli and Moscow, so inspections, transshipment, and exceptions are handled on the spot rather than handed off.
One coordinator per shipment
Each shipment keeps a single coordinator from booking to delivery, so nobody has to explain their requirements twice.
