Receiving operations at the Harbin bonded warehouse pause over the Spring Festival, from the 28th day of the twelfth lunar month through the 7th day of the first month, with one day either side for clearing and resuming work.
On departures, the last road service before the holiday leaves on the 24th day of the twelfth month, and rail runs to platform schedules. The first road departures resume on the 9th day of the new year, with air and rail following platform notices.
Given the concentration of shipments before the holiday, we recommend discussing January and February plans with your coordinator early, particularly for full containers and full truckloads, which require space and equipment to be secured ahead.
Border operations continue through the holiday and cargo already in transit is unaffected. In-transit status can be checked with a waybill number, and a duty phone is available for exceptions.
