Previously clients arranged insurance themselves, often separately for each mode, which added paperwork. Under the partnership, insurance details are submitted with the booking and the policy is issued before departure.
Rates are banded by commodity type, mode, and insured value, and are provided alongside the quotation. Cover is recommended for precision equipment, fragile goods, and high-value cargo; for general goods the choice rests with the client’s own risk assessment.
Claims support is coordinated with the insurer on your behalf. Clients provide on-site records and photographs, and we handle the back-and-forth. Policy terms govern in all cases.
