Door pickup in Guangzhou and Yiwu opened this month. Clients in South and East China can hand cargo to our local pickup points, and we move it to Harbin or Xi’an for consolidation before departure.
The service addresses the distance problem for southern clients. Previously they shipped to Harbin themselves and arranged the intermediate leg, leaving the boundary of responsibility for damage or delay unclear.
Cargo is now our responsibility from the moment it is handed over at the pickup point. Clients only verify quantity and condition at handover, and we control the transfer and consolidation that follow. The Guangzhou point is a warehouse near Baiyun Airport; the Yiwu point sits near the land port.
Pickup requires one working day’s notice and accepts both loose cargo and full containers. Transfer to the consolidation warehouse takes about four days from Guangzhou and three from Yiwu, after which cargo connects to the regular schedule.
