Our 2025 operating figures are set out below. We executed 3,180 shipments over the year with an overall on-time rate of 96.4 percent, up 2.1 percentage points on the previous year.
By mode, air freight reached 98.7 percent, rail 97.2 percent, and road 93.1 percent. The road gap appeared mainly in December and January, when snow on the Manzhouli corridor slowed vehicle movement.
This year’s adjustments include extending the committed road transit time by three to four days during winter and stating it at signing, alongside a rail alternative for clients with fixed deadlines. January on-time performance improved by four percentage points year on year.
Documentation issues accounted for the largest share of exceptions, followed by border inspections. Pre-review has improved the former considerably. The latter is outside our control, and our response is to have staff on site and push progress updates to the client. Full terms are available in the contract, and clients can request historical data for a specific lane from their coordinator.
